This policy explains how KISKIR handles information on this official website, in Archi's Torch 3D Space Scanner, and in LoopCam. The two apps are local-first iPhone projects published by Sihang Chen.
2. Archi's Torch 3D Space Scanner
Archi's Torch 3D Space Scanner does not require an account, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not send scan files to KISKIR servers. Camera and LiDAR access are used on device to capture local mesh data. Scan files remain in the app's local storage unless the user chooses to export an OBJ file through the iOS share sheet.
3. LoopCam
LoopCam uses the iPhone camera to show a live workout preview, detect body pose on device, and count repeated movement. It does not currently create an account, upload workout video, sell personal data, use third-party advertising analytics, or send body-pose data to KISKIR servers. Optional workout recordings are stored locally unless the user chooses to save or share them.
4. Website Information
The official website is a static informational surface. Hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, request timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the site.
5. How Information Is Used
Technical website information is used to operate the site, protect it from abuse, diagnose reliability issues, and understand aggregate performance. Archi's Torch 3D Space Scanner uses scan data only for local capture, review, storage, and user-initiated export. LoopCam uses camera frames and pose information only for live preview, on-device rep counting, and user-initiated local recording.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Archi's Torch 3D Space Scanner does not share scan files with KISKIR, and LoopCam does not share workout videos or pose data with KISKIR. Website technical logs may be processed by hosting and security providers that help operate the website.
7. Retention And Choices
Archi's Torch 3D Space Scanner scan files and LoopCam workout recordings are stored locally until the user deletes them, exports them, or removes the app. Website technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's operational policies.
